A few years later we consulted him about a different problem and he also solved that. Additionally, with his equipment, he was able to make quick work of removing some small trees and shrubs that would have taken us forever to dig up on our own. I couldn’t locate my septic tank because it had been buried so deep. I called JH Land Services, and Jon and his crew showed up within a day, found the buried tanks, and installed risers so I won’t have to dig for them again. Fast, professional service. Highly recommend

He has installed drainage piping around my home, dugout tree stumps and relandscaped the lawn, installed a large pad for a shed and repositioned a brick Pier which was damaged.John is a hard working honest man and I would 100% recommend him for any projects you may have….

I recently hired JH Land Svc to help me with a bad water problem on my property. Not only was it an outside issue but also caused water in my basement. John came out and assessed my situation. He came up with a plan to clean up water problem on my property by installing drains and underground piping. He was very knowledgeable on how to address the flow of water etc. I was amazed at how neat he dug and placed drains and backfilled lawn. Very impressive. He then brought in a plumber to address the basement water issue. He worked with the plumber to bury and connect piping that connected to sewer. I would definitely recommend John for your upcoming projects. He was easy to work with, very professional. He listened and was reliable and timely. All qualities you look for when you hire someone to take care of a problem.
